The Florence Residences is mega project in the Kovan/Hougang area, developed by Logan Property. It comprises of nine 18-storey blocks, with a mix of 1 to 5 bedrooms units, with a huge array of facilities.

It is situated in between 2 MRT stations - Kovan and Hougang, which it is nearer to the new MRT entrance of Hougang interchange.

During launch in 2019, it was priced at $,1450 average PSF. As of now, it is transacting close to $1,800psf. Back then, the supply is higher, with Affinity, Garden Residences, The Tre Ver and Riverfront Residences all launching around the same time. Fast forward to today, supply has dwindled and The Florence is one of the better choice around.
